Baby tooth/adult tooth question.?!

Question: Baby tooth/adult tooth question...?
Hi, I am 12 years old and do not have braces.. I only have 1 baby tooth more to lose and I have a question.. My 5th tooth in on my right side is extremely loose (half is half isn't) and I am not sure if it is a baby tooth or not.. I don't want to pull it out if it is an adult tooth, but it is causing my a LOT of pain and agony.. What should I do.? I don't go to the dentist for a couple of weeks and he is never availible.. WHAT DO I DO.?.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

Starting from the midline in front, the first 2 teeth are your permanent incisors, next is the permanent canine, the next 2 are either baby teeth that haven't fallen out yet or your erupting permanent tooth..

If the 5th one is extremely loose, it's most likely your baby tooth.. Even when the permanent teeth are just erupting, they are not "loose".. Ok, if you REALLY work at it, they may be ever so slightly mobile, but if the tooth is really lose, it's most likely your primary tooth..

You can have someone try to look underneath to see if your permanent tooth is coming in; or you can just try and deal with it until you see your dentist (they can tell via an xray)..

Most likely it is your baby tooth however (in which case you could just work it out).. If that's not an option, try chewing on the other side, and it will probably fall out on it's own even if you try to avoid it..Health Question & Answer

raido graph i believe is like a x-ray ...... but the dentist will know but........ it maybe an adult tooth your teeth will have some wiggle to it i asked my dentist this a long time ago its just because your mouth iss still forming and they arent connected to bone they grow into your gums which are felixable meaning your teeth will have some give-wayHealth Question & Answer

99% its a baby tooth (milk tooth), ur age and description telling its milk tooth, if its so loose, u can apply a piece of ice to the site and pull it out urself, pain will be minimum, if there is a radiograph of the tooth, it will help decide is it a milk or adult toothHealth Question & Answer

get an x-ray at your ortho....if the roots seem really long then it is an adult but if the roots arent that long than it is a baby......though i think is a baby toothHealth Question & Answer
