Question: My expander hurts!.?
I stopped turning my expander about 5 days ago and now the left side of the expander is hurting!
I feels like the metal is pushing on the roof of my mouth and it feels like there is a cut there and it keeps rubbing it..

Not normal to hurt or feel like that but because you stopped turning it, your mouth is reshifting..

It is not normal you should have it checked by a dentist.. He may have to remove it or adjust it.. It is normal for them to hurt but not in the way you are describing..Health Question & Answer
