When will my braces come off?!
Question: When will my braces come off.?
i hve had them on for fifteen months and they had no gaps before i got them on a only had a couple spaces and two teeth over laped each other but its fixed now..and i really want them off and i think if if i ask the dentsit then he will say its to early or he doesn't knowHealth Question & Answer

well it really depnd b/c i have braces to had them over a year now all better but i still have them i am at the fishing stage so but the dentsit will know how much lunger they will say that your at the fishing stage i have been at the finishing stage for like 5-6 months and i know they get in the way but even when you do get them off you still have to wear a retainerHealth Question & Answer
mine were basically straight before i got braces and i only needed them on the top teeth because of a small over bite.. i got them off in 15 months.. try asking the dentist.. maybe it isnt as fixed as it really needs to be yet..

Braces typically take two years to set everything in place properly.. Some Orthodontists will aim to keep them on longer than that.. Mine did.. He was a perfectionist.. But in the end, my mom told him to remove them.. he asked if we were moving.. The answer was no.. We just felt it was time.. You don't want to go through this more than once though since its not fun.. let them finish up the time.. You'll have a beuatiful smile in the end..Health Question & Answer
depends i use to have braces nd they said a year maybe a year and a half i almost went into 3 yrs.. depends.. also after my teeth were completely straight i had an over bite so i needed elastics to reduce it to 1 or 2 and now they are off nd i have perfect teeth.. be patientHealth Question & Answer
