I have been chewing this for days, and had no problem.. But just now I got a horrible headache from it.. How did this happen.?Health Question & Answer

This happens to me very often.. You have simply become tired of the flavor from chewing it so often.. Stop chewing that flavor for a few weeks, then try it again to see if it still irritates you.. If so, you may be allergic to one of the ingredients..Health Question & Answer
