i discovered that mine were coming through when i looked at the back of my gums and saw that there was a small lump, i also saw some white colour below the gums too, and over time it started to show up, it was quite quick actually...... you might even feel that its coming through, your gums might be a TINY bit sore on where the tooth is...... but not enough pain to dwell on, you can easily forget about the soreness, dont worry.... it doesn't actually "hurt"Health Question & Answer
