messing up ur jaw from the constant movingg.. Heard it messes up ur stomache too but IDK how, if u really love gum then chew what the ADA approves like Orbit...... ADA is American Dental Assoication.. btw Chewing Gum isn't bad its ALWAYS chewing it with no breaks, if u really worried, take it upon urself to not chew gum for a whole month..
