Question: My braces are cutting the inside of my lip!.?
My braces are cutting into my bottom lip.. And it's way too late to go anywhere.? What can I use as a substitute for wax.? I don't have any candles or cotton..Health Question & Answer

try some sugarless gum.. It's a little tricky to chew with braces but chew some and shape into a little ball or sausage and place over the brackets.. You could also try a little tissue or toilet paper .. You could also place a bit of tissue over the gum to reinforce the gum if it tends to come off too easilyHealth Question & Answer
