look at ur braces in the mirror acouple of teeth to the right of ur middle teeth there is a little metal "thing" going upward from ur braces u slip it around there and ur last teeth (on top and bottom) have the same little "hook" u can feel it and u slip the other ends of the rubber band around each.. do this to both sides of ur mouth with two rubber bands and they should be like sideways triangles.. they change the way ur teeth move..Health Question & Answer
I had those! They correct your over/under bite so that your teeth are perfectly aligned.. He didnt tell you this.?.? You have to strap them to the top and bottom of your braces so you can only open your mouth so wide, and replace them often!Health Question & Answer
