No toothpaste can actually repair or build enamel.. It's another marketing ploy.. All they can do is get your teeth clean enough for them to be "remineralized", which is not the same thing as enamelized.. Once you lose tooth enamel, it's gone for good..Health Question & Answer
Im not sure about Crest and Colgate, but i got A toothpaste called MiPaste from my dentist..
