Question: Plaque build up on my tongue ring, how do i prevent it.?
It only builds up on the bottom ball of my tongue ring, i think because i always brush my tongue (the top) when i brush my teeth.. It's pretty difficult to brush the bottom of my tongue though.. Any ideas.?Health Question & Answer

the build up is due to the amount of acid in your mouth - some people just have more than others..

Hydrogen Peroxide.. After brushing your teeth and tongue with toothpaste, brush them with peroxide, then swish it around in your mouth.. It'll be foamy, that's why you should brush with toothpaste first, it'll reduce the foaminess.. also, try brushing with baking soda.. It worked for me..Health Question & Answer
