i have a little brown mark on my tooth, it doesnt hurt at all and when i put my tongue on it it feels lil sharp/pointy.... my mum thinks it is a cavity..Health Question & Answer

Sounds like it from your description.. Best to make an appointment with the dentist to have it looked at and taken care of if it is.. And it's best to go as soon as you can, because if there's no pain then it's probably still small and they can just do a small filling for you which won't be as bad as if you leave it and it gets bigger!!Health Question & Answer

it doesn't have pain cos it's still far from the nerve in the middle of your tooth, if it's close enough, it will have pain or sensitivity
