I have braces on right now.. don't worry.. it will help you oral health in the future.. Plus they are not that bad.. They hurt for the first few days.. Take motrin.. (it was my life saver when it came to the pain)Health Question & Answer

yup.. its not that bad.... it is painful everytime u get em tightened but it goes by fast.. and in the end u'll be amazed and feel so good about ur smile.. i had mine for 2 years.. and it was soooooo worth itHealth Question & Answer
