depends sometime you dont but the orthodontist will decide.. I had crowded teeth and didn't have an extraction and didn't have to get spacers.. Although my one friend had extractions and got spacers.. so the orthodontist will decide if you need spacers , because everyone's mouth is different..Health Question & Answer
Yes most of the time you do.. I had four extractions and I still needed spacers.. They help to put space between your teeth to add the metal bracket that acts like a cap around your teeth..Health Question & Answer
