Just because you are extracting things, doesn't make it dental! LOL...... But, for your edification, you would use a bone saw.. You would cut all the way around the skull above the orbits and ears.. Then, using an several prying instuments, such as elevators, you would gently relieve the SKULL CAP...... That is how we do it in the morgue...... BTW, I am a forensic dentist in my spare time, and do dental identifications at the county morgue..Health Question & Answer
