I am supposed to wear mine EVERY night, so yes, you definately can.. Your orthodontist will tell you if you are or are not supposed to.. I wear the clear mouth guard-type retainer, and it stays on my teeth pretty tightly all night.. Never had any problems!Health Question & Answer

Yeah, that's what I did.. Nothing bad happened......some people drool like crazy, I didn't.. LOL........

The first thing I do in the morning when I take them out is to be sure I'm at the bathroom sink cuz you'll have lots of spit and it'll smell bad! I rinse and brush my teeth right away..
