Question: What is a fast and easy way to whiten your teeth.?

I have soft enamel so i get those tiny little white spots on my teeth and my dentist said to make them less noticeable i should try whitening my teeth.. Im also a poor college kid so if you got a cheap way that would help to.. thanks!Health Question & Answer

strawberries and baking soda
mix into paste
leave on teeth for 5 mins
dont use lemon
it strips enamel off teeth
strawberries works heaps well

i get a lemon, cut it in half, scoop the fruit bit out so I'm left with just the skin, and then rub it on my teeth for about ten mins..Health Question & Answer
