the problem with drinking coffee, orange juice, lemonade, limeade or anything else that has any kind of acidity is that it softens the teeth enamel.. when you go to eat something else, brush your teeth, drink something else it doesn't have the best of effects on your pearly whites.. I don't see where water would be a problem but dentists recommend to wait 10-15 min to brush or gargle..Health Question & Answer
