Question: Had three cavities filled, dimple gone
Five days ago I went to dentist to have three cavities filled on my upper row of molar teeth.. Ever since, my dimple that I used to have in my cheek is gone.. I figured that by my jaw being swollen it was typical of the procedure, but five days is somewhat of a long time for swelling to decrease.. Can someone offer any input.?
I called dentist's office but was unable to reach him since it's after-hours.. Does anyone know if this may be permanent.? I am sad because my dimple was a part of my featuresHealth Question & Answer

I have never heard of such a thing happening before.. Maybe you are ultra sensitive to the anesthetic.. I wouldn't worry, I am shore your dimple will come back..Health Question & Answer
