If your dentist keeps up with the latest technology they may have this thing called a water-lase drill, it uses a laser with a bunch streams to water to clean out the decay, so there is no need for novocaine or laughing gas! It doesn't hurt at all! And if your dentist doesn't have it they might give you laughing gas if your really scared of the novocaine shot..
