Why did this happen!!! Please help!!!

Question: Why did this happen!!! Please help!!
Hey guys.. A bit upset because i just had an apple and as I bit into it i felt something really weird and painful on one of my upper front teeth.. When i looked in the mirror to see, I saw that the tooth that hurt has been "pushed up" and has sort of retreated back into my gums.. It looks like a tooth does when it's just growing, and you can only see the tip.. I've lost 3/4 of my tooth!!! Why did this happen.?.?.?!!!! Is it a lack of something in my diet or just my plain old bad luck (toothless, pathetic grin) I take very good care of my teeth, so I doubt it's due to bad oral health.. also, does anyone know if it can be sorted out.? Please help..Health Question & Answer

Answers:
see a dentist ASAP because you may have broken it or just moved the tooth.. but in any case a dentist can try to fix it.. you may have to see an orthodontist and have it pulled back into place.. but go now!!Health Question & Answer
