I hear dairy products (along with any yeast products of course) should be avoided.?

Answers:
Do not eat any dairy products or drink beer for 10 days after you get your piercing.. If you do you will be at risk of getting a yeast infection on your tongue.. Gently rinse your mouth with antiseptic mouth wash diluted 50:50 with water after eating and drinking..Health Question & Answer
