You can, but it's low grade rubbish.. You'll spend a fortune and not get any worthwhile outcomes from it..
As with all health and beauty stuff, you can easily buy way more effective versions in the USA than you'll ever get here.. It's all down to the UK having lower limits on the 'active ingredients' used in the products..
I buy all my health and beauty stuff from the USA through EBay.. The whitening strips you're talking about are easily available there and are only a couple of pounds more expensive than if you bought them off the shelf in the States..
