Question: Is it too much if you brush your teeth 3-4 times a day.? will it wear off the enamel if you brush this much.?
Answers:
You can brush you teeth as much as you want.. Just don't brush you teeth too hard.. also after drinking soda you can brush you teeth.. You will be fine.. It doesn't wear the enamel away.. I am not sure where that other lady found that but it doesn't do that.. I am an expanded functions dental assistant.. I work with dentists everyday.. Make sure you floss too.. That will also help with keeping your teeth clean and preventing cavities..
Hope this helps.. Let me know if you have anymore questions..Health Question & Answer

you are normally supposed to brush your teeth in the morning and at night minimum, you should brush your teeth after every meal..
DONT NOT brush your teeth right after drinking soda!! it will scrape the enamel off your teeth cause of all the acid in it, wait 30 mins!!Health Question & Answer

I wouldn't brush 4 times but I bet you could use "Listerine" once in the day time as a replacement for the 4th time..
also I saw your other question I forgot to say you could use a whitening mouth wash as well.. Health Question & Answer

I doubt it, but I don't think that's very healthy..
Three times tops.. Four times...... If you do this daily, contact a local dentist, because I can't help you there..
