anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months, maybe longer..
If you wear them like the orthodontist tells you to, and exactly how he tells you to (not more.. not less).... it'll be closer to 6-16 weeks......

If you mean the type that go IN your mouth, you need to change them every day and it depends on how bad your bite is..
