Baking soda is too abrasive for everyday use.. It can only help with staining that is on the outside of your tooth.. Try Listerine Whitening (in the White bottle).. It is the cheapest OTC that I know of that really works well.. BTW, bleaching or whitening is something that occurs inside the tooth's enamel and thats the diffrence between whitening and just removing stain..Health Question & Answer
