Question: Question about wearing retainers.?
I just got my retainers for my teeth and i sound soooo weird when i talk.. Will i talk like this every time i have my retainers in, or will i just get used to the retainers and be able to talk normally again.? If so, how long will it take for me to be able to sound normal when i talk.?Health Question & Answer

just practice to tlk
like reading a book out loud
practice tlking at home in your room
and youll get use to tlking with a retainer in your mouth
