That's a BIG yes! My kids go every 6 months as well.. We need to understand that going to a dentist every 6 months will save money in the long run as you will be keeping your teeth healthy..
You can see a dentist today and not have any cavities.. Go in 6 months and there may be a small one.. Well, it's fixed but if you were to wait it would get worse and then could actually turn into needing a Root Canal and/or crown with that.. Then you are looking at a significant amount to pay..
So, it's best to hold a Discount Dental Program as they are very inexpensive to have and you'll save money on your routine visits as well as any dental work that needs to be done!
