How long should I wait until smoking after wisdom teeth extraction?!


Question: How long should I wait until smoking after wisdom teeth extraction.?
I just got them out today,and while I plan on following the rules and not smoking......I'd really like to know when I can have a cig..

My dentist told me 48 hours.. I didn't quite make it that far, but I was still ok.. Health Question & Answer
Not for at least 3-5 days, the sucking action can dislodge the clot, and leave the area susceptible to dry socket
