I use it like once a week or once every 2 weeks to once a month because its good in moderation sometimes ill mix it in with my tooth paste too for a little extra clean, I just feel like it makes my teeth much cleaner and my breath fresher, you can use it as a mouth wash an anti acid.. If you like natural tooth paste go to GNC and check for sales- I got a lot of them on sale, my favorites were the clear ones like kiss my face and jason aloe tooth paste..
