Don't pull it straight down because that is not the way it is going..
Trying pulling it out with the string up.. That always worked for me.. the only time I ever found it painful was either at the beginning of my period or the end in both cases when there wasn't much flow and it was quite dry..Health Question & Answer

Well, if it hurts, find a way thats MOST comfortable.. Overall, its not going to be REALLY comfortable, but, find what feels......The best I guess..Health Question & Answer
