I have a tongue problem?!

Question: I have a tongue problem.?

okay on aug 1st my dentist took out my lower left wisdom tooth....he gave me alot of anesthesia (maybe 5.?)....and he told me that my tongue will be numb for maybe 4-5 hours......but it actually took 3-4 days........

so now.... the left tip of my tongue feels weird....and when i stretch my tongue......the left side of my tongue hurts!!!....wtf.?!

oh btw......the left tip part of my tongue hurts inside also......

oh yeh when i clean my tongue with a toothbrush........the left part of my tongue hurts....it makes my eyes watery........
