well, depends on how much damage your teeth have, if they're just sensitive and have spots or are irregular on the enamel veneers could be the answer, but if damage goes far from the surface.... lets say deep like 3 or 4 mm, if you need root canal maybe and it hurts without any external estimulation I'd say crowns......
