Question: How many times do i have to brush my teeth to make then whiter in just one week.?
i dont want to brush my teeth every second, but i really want my teeth white be4 schhol starts.. first day of school for me is next week! i really want my teeth white be4 then, any help.?Health Question & Answer

Ok, brushing teeth doesn't mean that it would get white....
and too much brushing can hurt the gum too....
my teeth is very white.... hmm.... I brush teeth once to twice a day......
For me, something really help.... I use whitening toothpaste( you can get from any supermarket.... I use fresh and white....
Then you apply to you teeth(not gum).... especially those in front.... do it everyday.... for a week.... and after 10min...... (dun swallow the toothpaste)....
Then you brush it,, I realise that my teeth get whiter and whiter after I done so...... and DO NOT TRY COFFEE.... as it will get it dark again
Do try milk and carrot juice....it is good for gum and teeth...... so hence it might help too....
and I heard that by eating strawberries....using strawberries to brush your teeth.... can help to whiten it too....
You might give it a try for a week.... be patient.... normally you see good effect....

You could brush your teeth 90 times a day, and that still might not make a difference..
You should try crest whitening strips.... they're affordable (only about 30 dollars), they work great, and you can get them at any drugstore/department store..Health Question & Answer

you should brush your teeth at least 2 twice a day followed by mouth wash and then flossing........ If you do less than that you are a feral!Health Question & Answer
