and i have been clean for like 2 and a half months from everything
and i brush my teeth 2 twice a day
im going to the orthodontist tomorrow so he can look at my wisdom teeth
will he be able to notice

Cannabis could be detected through a dna test or a urine test.. A urine test would show for up to 4 months and a dna test longer, but unless he asks you for either of these tests (which is extremely doubtful) then he will not be able to tell..
