Brush your teeth after you eat.. Buy Crest Glide brand floss threaders (floss with a stiff end) makes it easy to floss..
Ask the orthodontist if he gives out "MI paste" to his ortho patients.. If he doesnt tell him he should start.. MI paste is a product orthodontists give out to help prevent tooth decay (cavities) especially for people wearing braces.. After you brush your teeth before bed you rub this on your teeth.. When you go in, put on some lip gloss or lipbalm, you have to have your mouth wide open for ages in the bright light, which can hurt after a while :)Health Question & Answer
