I just got my wisdom teeth surgically removed from my gums about 30 hrs ago, the swelling doesnt hurt...?!

yes you get Novocaine before you get them removed this means that you could get hit in the face and not feel it .............. it takes about 24 hours for the Novocaine to completely ware off, at about that time i would suggest taking advil a lot of advil continue icing it because it will speed up the healing process ................ but no for now your mouth will not hurt unless you touch it and as time goes on ull notice the pain getting stronger and stronger upon touch ................ within 48 hours the pain should be almost completely subsided as long as you don't put too much pressure on it then ull be fine keep the ice on it and u will be fine in no timeHealth Question & Answer

i am 13 and i got mine out about 1 month ago..
i didn't have verry much swelling or bruising
your teeth might have been a little deep and if
you have holes or stitches.. i had stiches and they
were tight but after a couple of days they start loosing
up..
swelling is ok.. just means you have a slow healing..
