I suffer from bruxism and wear a mouthguard.. Just want to some advice on the best way to clean it.. I have been using toothpaste, but I am not happy with the way it is making the mouthguard look.. Advice please..Health Question & Answer

use a toothbrush with toothpaste.. and only use cold water never too warm or hot! as this can melt the material..

I don't know what brixism is, but try efferdent to clean your mouthpiece..Health Question & Answer
