Answers:
Eat fruits and vegies but cut them up small before because you might break a bracet off.. Eat soft things like apple sauce, pudding, yogurt, smoothies at first because if you're getting a whole mouth full you're gonna be sore for a couple days.. You can eat sugar, but you have to make sure to brush and floss if you don't want to get holes or stains on you're teeth when they take them off.. If you want to chew gum have sugar free because it doesn't stick to you're teeth like the regular sugar gum..Health Question & Answer

you know what i wsa exactly the same as you i was constantly thinking of things i could eat or drink that are braces friendly.. but like 3 days after my braces were put on i started drinking pop, chewing gum, toffee, apples...... anything i wanted.. just try to brush your teeth more than usual once you get your braces and youll be fineHealth Question & Answer

Drink milk, low acid fruid juices (no citrus) and water........
