The answer about mixing baking soda with peroxide.. My husband had tried this for years along with gargling with peroide and started having problems with his filings falling out , the dentist told him not to use peroxide that was the cause.. Always consult your dentist.. I believe that baking soda is fine i use it but it is the nastest thing you have tasted.. Baking soda works best you can try Arm and Hammer toothpaste with baking soda what it really does it make your teeth more clean so it can whiten more.. I feels really good when you brush it because you can feel it cleaning like a fizzy feel and that's good for cleaning teeth..
