you can eat whatever you want ...... after extacting a tooth the instructions about food is to not to eat warm food for few hours or maybe a day and to eat cold ones onstead such a ice cream ...... depending of the procedure done on your tooth ......you can eat anything after 24hrs or two days......Health Question & Answer

i just had four teeth pulled not too long ago- and i know wisdom teeth are worse but i still can help you here (: my dentist said that i shouldn't have anything hard or rough for at least a week or maybe a little less.. but i do not know for sure if you would have the same thing because permanent teeth and wisdom teeth are different.. you may have it more or less (hopefully less though!) call up the dentist that pulled your tooth, i am sure he can tell you better than anyone.. good luck! (:

chewing on the other side is not a bad idea- but i would definatly make sure it would be ok first (with the dentist)Health Question & Answer

Would diligently follow the advice of the oral surgeon who removed the wisdom tooth.. All cases are different, and if he/she advised you not to eat solid foods yet, I would assume that there is a reason..Health Question & Answer

I would call the dentist and ask because my dentist has told me completely different things from what the others who have answered have said.. Health Question & Answer

You should wait at least two weeks before chewing solid foods..Health Question & Answer
