Not really.. They will leave your teeth blotchy more so then all white.. I would recommend a mouth piece with gel, usually obtained from a dentist.. Strips are cheap, but you don't really get anything out of them.. My advice - invest in a whitening tray from a dentist..Health Question & Answer
