Did they give you some to take after.? If they did, they should've told you to take it asap.. When I had mine pulled (and I'll do this with the next one as well), I took one as soon as the prescription was filled.. I don't care if people say it hurts or not, but I wasn't taking the chance, lol.. I would take it as directed for the first couple of days to make sure you don't feel much pain from it..
