Yes.. If you get them from a qualified dentist/ortho of course.. The longer you wear them the better & faster the results.. Usually adults use these particular types for they don't want to wear them out of the home.. On week-ends just keep them in as long as you can (aside from cleaning, etc..).. yes they work...... i had the worst teeth ever...... they were zig zag and after the retainers i had straight teeth with just a small gap in the middle that i could get closed but i dont mind it...... but i wore the retainer for like 2 years ...... it is odd the first week or so but then it becomes second nature Health Question & Answer
