Well, you can use Crest Whitening Strips and wait for 10-15 minutes..your gums may irritate for a couple of days.you cant use the white strips for age 12 and lower you must check a doctor first.If its not working to you you might want to check a dentist to bleach your teeth.?Or if you want to maintain the opalescence you must not move your opalescence for 60 minutes..not overnight^^Dont use listerine or things like that even toothpaste,just use salt or baking soda..Listerine and toothpaste discolor your teeth..thats all and thank you for reading^^..hope this helps..Health Question & Answer
