ok so this sounds gross but i spit mucas like every 10 minuets it has taken over my life. and i am not sick i have no alergee.and its hard to do it in class with no one looking cause they can hear me i mean im all like.... BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHKKKKKKKK PO TO the po to is the sound it makes when it hits the sink,napkin,or trashcan lol. but really is it all in my head.? =)Health Question & Answer

boil water pour it in a bowl and put some vicks in too, put your head over the steam and put a towel over your head and the bowl so the steam doesnt escape!
breath in through your nose...
you might have heeps of dust in your house, and so you have syness,
i have trouble with that sometimes...
go 4 a check up at the doctors too!!!

yes spitting has been linked to other major psychological issues such as schizophrenia. so i think you should go and get checked out just in case however you haven't shown any other symptoms of schizophrenia so i think you will be fine but get checked out anyway. Health Question & Answer
