If you live near a town with a dental college you could check there to see if they have graduate student clinic. Often they provide services at a reduced charge. The students are supervised so you don't have to worry about getting bad care. It's just a way for them to get practice but the clinic doesn't have a lot of overhead like a dentist in private practice does.Health Question & Answer

Tie the offending tooth to a string, then tie that same string to a door, then slam the door. The only cost involved is the cost of the string, the door, and the house it should be attached to.
