My toothpaste is retarded?!

Question: My toothpaste is retarded.?
Ok, I use the Arm & Hammer Baking Soda toothpaste. I was reading the label thing and it said Active Ingredient - Fluoride. Inactive Ingredients - Baking Soda etc. etc.

So why emphasize the fact that it has baking soda in it, if it's not an active ingredient.? Did I waste money on this MoFo.? This thing cost me 6 bucks!!!!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
A lot of the "inactive ingredients" in things like toothpaste actually have some sort of purpose. Like baking soda it's there to help whiten your teeth yet they don't call it active. I suppose they only put what in it actually cleans the teeth, which is normally Fluoride.

I'm not a dentist but I'm going to give you my expert opinion anyway cause I'm to cool to follow the rules.
I would probably only use toothpaste with baking soda in it once a week because it, like Hydrated silica (sand), wears down your teeth. It will whiten your teeth slower but it is safer.Health Question & Answer

You got duped..It happens with a lot of consumer products and the companies paid to market them. Just think of how many other countless products got your attention by what they say makes it good to have. I fall for it too. But I buy into those types of things because I like the way they look in my bathroom. Health Question & Answer
