Biting the skin on the inside of my mouth... does anyone else have this habit?!

Question: Biting the skin on the inside of my mouth... does anyone else have this habit.?
Answers:
yeah, ive had this bad habit for more than 3 years, completely frustrating but so tempting. i found the best way to decrease it is by always chewing gum. It keeps ur mind off it. And chewing a gum is more pleasing to the eyes then when ur trying to chew off skin from inside ur cheeks :)Health Question & Answer

i used to have the habit but i break myself out of it i used to bite inside my mouth till it bleed

when you bite inside your mouth it may cause a open sore in your mouth or infection thats why i broke my habit i think you should break yours cause nobody wants to have a sore or infection in there mouthsHealth Question & Answer
