i have a wisdom tooth coming in on the top left,there is plenty of space for it, but there won't be space for a tooth to come in on the top right side. can i only have one wisdom tooth on the top row.? Health Question & Answer

No it's not likely--they don't always come in at the same time. When you go to the dentist/oral surgeon he can show you on an x-ray that it's up high, and hasn't come down yet. Health Question & Answer
Every person is different. You can have only one, or any of the four wisdoms come in. If more come in and there is no room for them/it then you will have to see an oral surgeon to have them removed.Health Question & Answer
