Teeth ... should I be worried? ?!
Question: Teeth ... should I be worried.? .?
I've had a root treatment for a tooth at the very back, some months ago. also, I have two wisdom teeth growing.
I have a strange pain in my mouth somewhere above the last teeth in the back and a bad headache yesterday. I wonder if there's just a third wisdom tooth growing or if something could be wrong with the other treated tooth and I just can't feel it at the exact place because there's no nerve anymore.
Do you think I should be worried.? I've read that it can be very toxic and dangerous if something happens to teeth without a nerve. Or is that just scaremongering.? Health Question & Answer

Don't be scared - but do go to the dentist. Persistent pain, coupled with a headache, could mean there's a problem with a tooth. Sometimes the dentist doesn't get all of the nerve out, or can even miss one of the canals, though I doubt that's happened or you would have felt pain before.
Go to your dentist, get him to take a good look and an x ray :)
Good luck!
edit - and if you're still feeling at all unsure after, you can always get a second opinion from another dentist!Health Question & Answer
